ตามโครงการศาสตราจารย์อาคันตุกะ  Prof. D. P. Landau, Director of Simulational Physics at the University of Georgia, Website>> http://www.csp.uga.edu/  จะเดินทางมาบรรยายที่ม.เกษตร ในวันที่ 9-11 พ.ค. 56 นี้ เป็น Mini-course สำหรับนิสิตป.ตรี, โท และเอก ที่สนใจงานทาง Computational Physics รวมทั้งผู้สนใจทั่วไปโดยกำหนดการคราวๆคือ


- วันที่ 9-10 พ.ค. บรรยายในหัวข้อเรื่อง An Introduction to Computational Physics: From Newton to Wang-Landau ซึ่งการบรรยายนี้ จะเป็นการแนะนำงานทาง Computational Physics รวมทั้งเป็นการปูพื้นให้กับนิสิตเพื่อฟังบรรยายงานวิจัยในต่อไป

- วันที่ 11 พ.ค. บรรยายในหัวข้อเรื่อง Monte Carlo Simulations and the Saga of Critical Wetting "This would describe the interplay between theory and simulations on the Ising model with surface fields and the 30 year attempt to understand the nature of critical wetting." และ Excitations and Critical Dynamics in a Heisenberg Anti-ferromagnet "This would describe spin dynamics simulations of a classical, Heisenberg antiferromagnet and the comparison with experimental data on RbMnF_3."
